Rebrand Copy Rules
| ✕ Never do this | ✓ Do this instead |
|---|---|
| Write "(formerly Superior Biz Solutions)" in parentheses anywhere on the site | Parentheses read as a disclaimer. Nearby makes claims, not disclaimers. |
| Hide the rebrand or apologise for it | Own it. Every piece of transition content should make the change feel like a deliberate upgrade. |
If the transition reference is needed during the first 1–2 months, place it above the hero headline as a clean one-line statement:
Superior Biz Solutions is now Nearby.
Then lead straight into the hero. After the transition period (approx. 2 months post full launch), this line gets removed entirely.

Role-level OG images → Phase 2.
Phase 1: April 20 — SBS Hero Page (no redirect)
The SBS domain does NOT redirect on April 20. The site is stripped to a single hero section with one message and one CTA.
superiorbizsolutions.com homepage:
H1: "Superior Biz Solutions is now Nearby."
CTA Button: "Take me there →" [links to nearby.team]
Nothing else. No nav. No paragraphs. No explanation.
Phase 2: ~September 2026 — 301 Redirect Activates
Approximately 2 months after the full marketing launch, once traffic has naturally migrated. All redirects: 301 (permanent). Server/CDN level — not JS or meta refresh. Never chain redirects.
| Domain | Redirect target | Type |
|---|---|---|
superiorbizsolutions.com | nearby.team | 301 |
www.superiorbizsolutions.com | nearby.team | 301 |
superior-biz-solutions.com | nearby.team | 301 |
www.nearby.team | nearby.team | 301 (day one) |
| All other owned SBS domains | nearby.team | 301 |
Submit GSC change of address (superiorbizsolutions.com → nearby.team) after 301 activates. Audit for redirect chains 30 days post-activation.
| Metric | Target | What it measures |
|---|---|---|
| LCP | Under 2.5s | How fast the main content loads |
| INP | Under 200ms | How fast the page responds to clicks |
| CLS | Under 0.1 | Whether elements move while loading |
YouTube Shorts Embed Container (mandatory — prevents CLS)
<div style="position:relative;padding-bottom:177.78%;height:0;overflow:hidden;">
<iframe src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/[VIDEO_ID]"
style="position:absolute;top:0;left:0;width:100%;height:100%;"
frameborder="0" allowfullscreen loading="lazy">
</iframe>
</div>
Hero Image (prevents LCP failure)
<link rel="preload" as="image" href="/images/hero.jpg" />
<img src="/images/hero.jpg" fetchpriority="high" alt="..." width="1440" height="640" />
youtube.com/shorts/[ID] as embed src — always youtube.com/embed/[ID].- Alt text: Describe what the image shows. No keyword stuffing.
- File names: Descriptive, hyphenated, lowercase. Good:
remote-bookkeeper-latin-america.jpg - Format: WebP preferred (30–50% smaller than JPG). JPG fallback.
- Compression: Under 200KB content images · Under 100KB thumbnails.
- Hero images:
fetchpriority="high"+ preload in <head>. Never lazy-load. - All images: Must have explicit
widthandheightattributes to prevent CLS.
Use both robots.txt AND meta robots on excluded pages.
<!-- Transactional pages — permanent noindex -->
<meta name="robots" content="noindex, nofollow" />
<!-- Phase 2 pages until launched -->
<meta name="robots" content="noindex, follow" />
noindex, follow = Google won’t index but follows internal links. Link equity flows. Safer than nofollow.

| Requirement | Recommendation |
|---|---|
| Hosting | Vercel, Netlify, or Cloudflare Pages — edge CDN built in |
| CDN | Cloudflare (free tier sufficient at launch) |
| Image delivery | Cloudflare Images or CMS-native optimization |
| DNS TTL | 300 seconds during launch week |
Avoid shared hosting (GoDaddy, Bluehost) — TTFB will fail LCP targets on mobile.
Custom 404 required at launch. Must include:
- "This page doesn’t exist" message
- Link to homepage
- Link to
/hirehub - Same header and footer as the rest of the site

The talent showcase is Phase 2. It lives at /talent/ and is noindex until Phase 2 conditions are met. It is a separate section from the main /hire/* architecture — different purpose, different buyer stage. /hire is for decision-stage buyers. /talent is for consideration-stage buyers who want to see who they’re hiring before committing to a conversation.
Phase 2 (website, public): Dedicated landing pages per category and per role. Each role page shows 3 anonymous candidate profiles with embedded YouTube Shorts. Feeds directly into
/contact.

Content Template — Category Hub Page
| # | Section | Content notes |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Hero | Headline naming the category · Subheadline: what these professionals do for a business · CTA: "Build Your Team →" linking to /contact |
| 2 | Why this category matters | 150–200 words. Written from the buyer’s perspective — what problems these roles solve. NOT a list of what the talent can do. |
| 3 | Essential roles | 2–3 roles. Each: role title + one-sentence description of what they handle. "View profiles →" links to role page. |
| 4 | Specialized roles | 2–4 roles. Same format as above. |
| 5 | Sample candidate highlights | 2 anonymous blurbs. No name, no location beyond "LATAM." Format: "[X] years [specific skill/tool/outcome]. Based in [country only]." Include YouTube Short if available. → [View Full Profile] links to role page. |
| 6 | What makes Nearby [category] talent different | 4–5 bullet points. Specific to this category. Not generic "LATAM" copy. |
| 7 | FAQ | 3–4 Q&As specific to this category. FAQPage schema. Answers pre-empt the category-specific objections a buyer would raise. |
| 8 | Final CTA | "Build Your [Category] Seat →" to /contact |
Content Template — Individual Role Page
| Element | Spec |
|---|---|
| H1 | [Role title] — [Essential or Specialized] · LATAM Remote Talent · Nearby |
| Tier badge | Visible "Essential" or "Specialized" label near H1 |
| 3 candidate profiles | Anonymous. Each: embedded YouTube Short (unlisted, youtube.com/embed/[ID]) · 3–4 bullet point skills summary · "Build This Seat →" button → /contact |
| What this role handles | 6–8 outcome-oriented bullets specific to this role |
| Skills & tools table | Two columns: Core Skills | Tools |
| CTA | "Build Your [Role] Seat →" to /contact |
| Related roles | 2–3 links to other role pages in same category |
Phase 2 Unlock Conditions per Category
ALL conditions must be true before a category page goes live. Partial launches are worse than no launch.
| Condition | Minimum |
|---|---|
| Candidate profiles filmed and approved | 3 per role page · Min 2 role pages per category before category goes live |
| YouTube Shorts uploaded | All Unlisted · All embedded via youtube.com/embed/[ID] · All in 9:16 aspect ratio container |
| Category page copy | Written, reviewed, approved · All 8 template sections complete · No placeholder text |
| Role page copy | Written for every live role page · Candidate blurbs approved |
| Schema | BreadcrumbList on all pages · FAQPage on all category pages |
| Internal linking | Each role page links back to category hub · Each category hub links to /hire/[equivalent category] · Each role page has a "Build This Seat" CTA to /contact |
| Technical | robots.txt block removed for that category · noindex meta tag removed · Pages added to sitemap-showcase.xml |
